God has revealed himself through his Word – both his word written and his Word incarnate, Jesus Christ.
That is the thrilling truth and purpose behind this blog.
In my past work managing homeless assistance programs, I repeatedly witnessed the danger of hopelessness in people’s lives. I saw the broken relationships, loneliness, and despair that often resulted.
But in my years in full-time ministry I’ve also seen the thrill of hope ignite in hurting people’s lives as they grow to know Jesus Christ through God’s Word. I’ve seen relationships reconciled, lives transformed, sin killed, and joy shared even through suffering all because of this hope.
So through this blog, I want to help others know and share the “thrill of hope” found in Jesus Christ.
